The hotel is well maintained, and the staff, especially the doormen and reception team, were extremely helpful and engaging. However, the restaurant team could use some improvement. Apart from the manager, who was around mainly during breakfast, and one warm an Eastern European lady (unfortunately, I didn't catch their names), the rest of the staff could benefit from additional training in service etiquette and attentive listening to orders. The terrace service was neglected and generally quite dirty with litter on the floor, with tables often left uncleared, requiring guests to resort to self-service. Additionally, the restaurant overall felt dull and stark, lacking a welcoming atmosphere. Some added Jumeirah touches could make it cozier and potentially attract more customers. I appreciate the unexpected and very welcome room upgrade. However, I was disappointed that we couldn't check in on time, though the team did make an effort to make us comfortable during the wait till around 4:00pm. Unfortunately, when I requested a late check-out by an hour *till around 1:30pm) to visit a friend in London, I was quite taken aback by the instant and blunt refusal from the gentleman at the reception desk. He dismissed my request without even checking my room number or the possibility of a small extension by verifying when the next guest was due to arrive. I believe with a few improvements, the overall guest experience can be greatly enhanced.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. Our family stayed here for 8 incredible nights. The hotel is lovely, but the STAFF!!!! The staff are beyond accommodating. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful and warm. My birthday was during our stay and the staff went all out. They brought treats, flowers and Prosecco to celebrate. The entire staff even individually signed a Birthday Card for me. Thank you Jumeirah Lowndes for an amazing stay. I look forward to my next stay!

The whole experience at Jumeriah Lowndes was amazing. The entire staff made the stay very welcoming and memorable as it was my mother’s belated birthday and Mother’s Day celebration and they made an amazing effort and had great attention to detail. The feel of the stay felt so relaxing, home away from home with the luxury as a bonus. The spa at their sister property Jumeriah Carlton towers (2mins away) was exceptional. My child loved the pool and it facilitated her needs by having set kids pool times. On the last night they put up a teepee in the room to make it special for my daughter. She also loved her teddy bear too. I highly recommend this hotel for a lovely staycation in London. Thank you team.

I left this review before but my profiles was duplicated - so I have deleted that account and reposted. We went down to London to see Phantom of the Opera and the Lowndes was perfectly situated close to the tube so we could complete our agenda. The room was ready when we arrived and had a balcony which was very good because the tube [as usual] had been horribly busy and hot. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed a very nice bottle of white, and then got ready to go out. When we got back, again the balcony was nice because we could sit out in the cool before going to bed. Breakfast had an excellent selection. The Shaksuka was very good.

I loved everything about my stay at Jumeirah Lowndes. The location is perfect, the room was nice, and the staff were exceptional. The dining was superb, and the facilities were excellent. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have been staying at the Lownes for over 20 years and just returned from another great visit. The room was very comfortable and the team was terrific (very professional and friendly). We look forward to returning again in the Fall.

Beautiful property. Extremely well managed. Service was incredible. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very nice with exceptional housekeeping. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to London. I highly recommend choosing this Hotel. You won't find anyplace nicer.

The staff at Jumeirah makes you feel like you are their special guest and you matter the most. The gave us a special welcome and special send off. The breakfast was wonderful- and in particular the staff. The concierge was able to get us a reservation at one that you cannot get. Even the doorman was wonderful.
