Staff at The Waldorf are incredibly attentive to any / all needs. I asked for a later checkout and plates for food early in the morning after a night out and they accommodated that for us. The hotel is placed in a prime location, just a stones throw from Covent Garden and about 28-30 minutes walk from Regent Street. The hotel is only accessible by key card after hours; to ensure guest safety. Amenities in the room included an iron and board, kettle, drinking glasses and coffee / tea cups. The shower had fixed shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers. The mini bar was fairly priced for central London, but hadn't been cleaned (hence the slightly lower score on cleanliness). The air conditioning dried my throat out throughout the night, but turns off automatically if the window is open, so had to deal with that / just had water next to the bed throughout the night. The downstairs bar had a great atmosphere and boasts a large menu. Great for a late nightcap. Overall the experience was great. Our Queen room cost £179.00 for the night (excluding breakfast). I was offered two forms of upgrades. A larger Queen Room with breakfast included was only an extra £40.00, and a Kings Suite with access to the executive lounge and breakfast was £80.00 extra.

Check in was good. Expected the hotel to be much grander. Room was on the small side and had bits on the floor. Bar very expensive £36 for 2 drinks. Fantastic location near all the theatres.

Location is wonderful. You can see walk to almost everything you want. The breakfast was very well stocked and quite good. There are two bars with two different vibes but both had good drinks (try the 1920’s). The deluxe queen room was plenty spacious and had everything you need. It’s a renovated old building- which you can tell but it also adds to the charm.

The room is not big but very good. The room type was upgraded for free. I went to France in the middle and chose to stay here both times. It is very close to my alma mater. It is very convenient to walk to Covent Garden, Chinatown and Regent Street Business Center. The receptionist at the door is very polite and humorous. He greets and chats enthusiastically every time he enters and leaves. It is a very pleasant stay experience. I will choose here next time

A low-end version of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel. British hotels have almost no service to speak of. The king-size bed room is actually a double bed put together. It's not even a 4-star hotel.

Excellent! We were assigned to the 7th floor, the executive room was upgraded to a suite, and an extra small bed was added for free. Compared with other hotels in London (such as Marriott Apartments and Indigo), the service response is very fast, and you can basically get what you want or the service you want within 20 minutes. For a particularly highlight moment, the hotel prepares a little Waldorfian passport for the children who stay in the hotel. After completing the adventure, go to the hotel front desk and put the corresponding sticker on it, and you will get the mysterious grand prize (a small teddy bear). We started the challenge on the last day after leaving the store, and unfortunately there were no more teddy bears in stock. However, the hotel tried its best (front desk, room service, concierge) to help us find a teddy doll. A handsome black man at the front desk called his colleague and said: "The child is leaving the UK. He passed all the challenges. Can't get it?" He will be very disappointed with the teddy bear, please help the poor child." Finally, when leaving the hotel, the hotel gave the child a teddy bear and many blessings. The executive lounge is also fantastic. A very good stay experience, I will book again next time!
