Not good experience with room in basement, just like a prison with stairs up and down. Cannot move with the heavy luggages.

Great location and two Underground Stations nearby. , Triple room at a very affordable price. Room is warm so better to stay for chilly weathers!

The location of the hotel is amazing, located in the middle of the city. Room is not big but it is fine. No air con but it has 2 fans inside. quite nice.

This hotel was the worst. We paid for a high quality room and ended up being shifted to a nearby hotel because of a power outage at 12 AM - the next hotel was horrible and not up to the mark. We didn’t even get a refund.

Good and convenient in location. Just near the Hyde Park, it is easy for us to walk around and enjoy the scenery.

The hotel is fine, it’s going through renovations so it’s a bit of a mess. The room was fine, nothing special. It’s next to Hyde park and very close to Queensway station and Bayswater station. The breakfast was decent with a big buffet.

The room was old but they are going through renovations. However, there are bed bugs our room. The reception did apologised and gave us another the room but it was occupied so we had to changed the room again. We like the location as it was convenient.

It's absurd that check-in starts at 3pm and check-out at 11am (there are people knocking on your door at 11am). You pay the daily rate and you don't even stay 20 hours. The room has an empty fridge. There's no water or anything, you call for water through room service and they tell you to get it from the bar. It's absurd. You have to fetch the water. There are no blankets in the room

The fine print appeared after the booking was confirmed which said - Potential Disturbances: under major transformation until 31st July 2025. My thought it could not be that bad if the hotel was still operating and we needed accommodation in last minute as where we were staying could not extend. Anyway, the location was great. So the experience: Only 2 power sockets worked. No air condition but lucky we could get by with electric fan provided. Scaffolding covered the building and it was too dusty to open windows as suggested by front desk. Not much natural light due to scaffolding and the room light are dim. When I asked for a free standing light the staff did not responded well , one staff got quite rude when I misunderstood him but except for him all other staff were very polite. Shower cubicle was small as well as the hand basin. Our sleep were disturbed as the sound prove were not good: For example two mornings by kid crying and one evening by guests partying until 3am plus the construction lift going up and down in the mornings. Hopefully all these will be improved when the renovation in July 2025.

Pros: The hotel is located on a quiet street near Hyde Park and is close to Queensway tube station, providing easy access to central London. All floors are accessible via several lifts. The room size is good considering the price we paid. Cons: The sofa in the room is not as clean as expected. You have to pay for luggage storage after checking out (not sure if this is standard practice in London).

Great Location. Staff was awesome! Helpful and polite. When we arrived it was so hot! Do not recommend room with no ac in London for summer time! So hot! Unreal!! I asked for extra fan and they bought one up. Even 2 fans was too hot! Next day I asked to change to a ac room and we got the free exchange. He even allowed to me check the room out first before changing. Only downside is they are renovating so the basement rooms uwith ac there was loud noise around 9 or 10 am. Only heard it after breakfast. Break fast was good. Location is next to the big park and lots to see and do around the area. Great stay thank you

Checked in just as the hotel was under renovation and stayed in a very noisy room, albeit in the morning, which kind of ******. The hotel is in a good location, the bar staff are very helpful, the space is simple and the bed is comfortable
