The place is fantastically located but a bit dated.. hopefully they are doing up the place they said

The staff at the hotel is extremely rude and disrespectful. One of the managerial staff at the restaurant kept arguing without reason publicly. I have never experienced such a behavior from a hotel staff. The action of the management seemed cosmetic. There is no coordination between teams. Also we booked a family room where the air conditioning was not working and no one bothered to tell us. This hotel is definitely not the right place to stay in. Guys even if you have to spend little bit more money do try other hotels.

Great location in London. The rooms and hallways are a bit dated, but somewhat expected in an old building like that. Staff is really nice and helpful. Metro is a close walk by and plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. Breakfast was solid and nice variety.

Good location and friendly staff

After a long search, I chose this hotel. The location is great, just behind Selfrigies department store, Oxford Street and Bond Street are nearby. The hotel is in the upscale area of ​​Marylebone, quiet and safe. The room I was given on the 6th floor was newly renovated, very comfortable and clean, much better than the booking photos, and the room is not small. I am very satisfied with this hotel. BTW, there is a high-end drugstore downstairs, which is great.

I often stay here on business trips. It's very convenient. Oxford Street shopping and the subway station are all nearby. It's a bit old, but it's more expensive than convenience. I look forward to staying here again. You can go shopping everywhere.

The location is very close to the shopping place, you can go back to the hotel immediately after shopping, which is more convenient. The room is a bit old and aging. The breakfast is rich, mainly English breakfast.

The room was clean but a bit shabby. The loo seat was too small for the size of the pedestal. The sink had hairline cracks. That said, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. My biggest gripe is that I had paid for the room in advance of our stay but a £50 payment was taken as a further deposit, which will not be refunded for 5 - 7 working days. I think this is unacceptable.

Told when we arrived that only continental breakfast was provided due to hotel refurbishment. Saw no evidence of the refurbishment but the breakfast was a poor quality; tinned fruit etc. may be a temporary problem but suggest you check before booking.

Holiday inn was ok, the property i personally think needs a facelift, my bathroom was quite old,the paint work was All chipped, the shower didnt work properly, the lights above the mirror in the beroom didnt work, but staff were very helpful, pnly continental breakfast, which was pleasant.

Very tored property! I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Kensington last week and it was fantastic. The Welbeck Street one is no comparison. Very tired, no room service and breakfast limited. Not good when you're a woman on your own. Decor was awfu.i paid less for the one in Kensington too!!!

I had no less than 6 separate knocks on the door in the morning, hours before checkout, by the room service. The room was smelly and unclean.
