The location was great, room was nice. Too bad there was a young football club staying there.. so there were children screaming and jumping around that affected my daughter’s sleep. We also arrived early and so we were told it’s too early to check in but to come back at 12:00 and should be good. We had to wait in the lobby until 15:00 with two very tired children after a 12hour flight.

This was a very nice hotel! The breakfast had many good options of all different types of food. The room was a great size and was very well maintained. The staff was very friendly. The first night of check in, our tv was not working properly and the manager came right away to fix it! We booked a room with club access, however during check in the clerk upgraded our room which ended up taking away our club access however, the manager was able to fix the booking and restored our club access. I think the club could be expanded more as there was not a lot of room and also the beverage options could be upgraded. The hotel was not too far away from the subway lines so we were able to walk and explore London. I thought it was a great stay.

We booked it for birthday celebration. We were given a better room on the reception. Location is really good, not far from Regent’s Park. However, the cleaning lady knocked the door at 9.30 without any reason!!! Taking into account that the room was available only closer to 17.00 the day before. Another huge problem: the doors down the way that they slam really loudly everywhere in the hotel, so you constantly hear the door everywhere they are being closed. Really annoying. The swimming pool is really small and lots if children who jump around and no one is explaining them anything. But the water is really good temperature.

Stayed for one night, booked one room for 4 of us. We shared the double bed. Room was clean, good amenities. One friend arrived earlier than the rest of us so she had access to the room first and waited for us there. When the rest of us came to check in, we were given a different room and card key. Staff may be new since she took quite a while to find the booking too. We quickly told her and a manager stepped in to help. It was useful to have Carluccios restaurant in the lobby for food and coffee.

Location just outside the city center but close enough for a quick Uber ride. Was happy to see the hotel was modern with good facilities. Very good value and excellent service staff.

My wife and I thought it was a great experience, all the facilities in the room were great, but the service was very disappointing, I couldn't believe the attitude of the Marriott. I was only staying for one night and paid for breakfast on the day I checked in, but when I checked out I was asked to pay for breakfast again and I spoke to the reception several times but she didn't listen to me and was very indifferent and just told me to pay. I asked to see the manager but she was still very indifferent and in the end they just told me it was okay. The manager on duty that day and that employee didn't even smile a bit, still very cold and rude. I have always been attracted to Marriott's excellent service and perfect facilities and I have stayed at other Marriott hotels around the world and this was really disappointing to me. I think your hotel should train its staff better!
