We have booked a premium studio, however we were assigned to a accessible studio, where the shower was a open space, which are slightly inconvenient for us as we do not need an accessible bathroom, the sink was quite small and extremely low for us too as it should be convenient for disabled guests but not for us. There was a bottle of milk left in the fridge too from previous guest. Despite of the room type, everything was good, the design of the room was great and better than lots of hotels in London

Large and nicely decorated room with good amenities including cooking range, oven and washer / dryer. Great for family for longer stay. Walking distance to tubes and 1min walk to Thames. Recommended.

The facilities in the room are very new, the decoration is good, and the British style is very comfortable. There is a small kitchen with all the necessary kitchenware, so you can cook your own meals. There is also a small bar where you can sit and drink a little wine, which is also quite special. Overall, it's not bad!

The location is very good, 5 minutes walk from Borough Market. The room is large for London, convenient and comfortable.

I went on a trip with my mom The location is close to Tower Bridge and London Bridge. St. Paul is right across the bridge. It was nice that they gave me free juice and bread.

Room size, location is OK, too old

The location is safe and convenient. There is a kitchen where you can make the simplest meals. You can reach many attractions on foot.

The room is small but has everything. The service is acceptable. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet. Except for the delivery truck in the morning, which is a bit noisy.
