Holiday Inn Express LONDON HEATHROW T4 by IHG

Facilities: It felt very secure being inside the terminal, and there's a free shuttle to other terminals. Cleanliness: Excellent, very clean. Environment: Very comfortable; breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all satisfactory. Service: The staff were fantastic! Ms. Aloysia even helped me get a free late check-out until the afternoon, which was amazing!

The breakfast was great, the mattress was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The only downside was that the hygiene could be improved, but everything else was fine. The location is superb, being close to the airport, which made it convenient and easy to find.

Second stay here. The price was quite a bit higher this time, but the room was also much larger, and the facilities seemed even more luxurious. Breakfast starts at 5 AM, which is very convenient for early flights, and luggage storage is also handy.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to T4. After exiting customs, you can just walk through the connected skybridge on the left. A helpful tip: you can push the airport luggage trolleys directly to the hotel, so there's no need to struggle with your bags. The room soundproofing is excellent; I didn't hear any planes taking off or landing, which is a huge plus for resting after a long flight. Breakfast was also good, and the hygiene was perfectly fine. All in all, it offers great value for money.

This hotel is located right inside Heathrow's Terminal 4, making it super convenient for T4 departures. It's also easy to get to T2, T3, and T5 via the free airport train. The rooms are clean, and if you have an early flight, staying here for a night is the best option.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was spotless, and the toilet had no unpleasant odors. In terms of location, it's very convenient for getting to and from the airport quickly. The hotel staff were warm and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.
