Novotel London Waterloo Reviews

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfasts were delicious. People were so friendly all the time. The location was very close to the Eye of London and the Big Ben. Also Lambeth North subway was in a walking distance of 7-8 minutes. I had enjoyed every moment in Novotel Waterloo. I give 5 stars with no hesitation. I strongly advise.

Dirty Location not convinces

At that time, Ctrip booked 2 adults and 2 children, but when I arrived at the store, it was said that only 2 adults were arranged, but after negotiating with the front desk, they said that they could help coordinate. In the end, it was changed to a room with a double bed and a sofa bed.

The hotel is small, the equipment is outdated, the room was not cleaned the next day, the experience is not very good
