The hotel was an ideal location to attend the Notting Hill Carnival and walking distance to the event as well as Hyde Park, however the room was rather small and compact. The front desk, House keeping and the ladies in the breakfast room were so friendly and polite!

I was utterly disappointed by the size of the room, the room temperature and cleanliness. To be honest I checked in at 21:00 and checked out 23:00 that is how bad it was that I couldn’t stay. The try to offer me a different room but the first one the lights had problems and the second one it was even smaller than the original room, literally two people can’t be in the room at the same time. To be honest most of the hotels I’ve visited their toilets are bigger than this room. As for hazard and hygiene I give zero. I lay on the bed for 20min and started itching. The lining was ripped.

Room too small for even two persons. so consider if you travel with your family. but location is great, but need to consider book bigger room for two persons or more.

The best to say is the location. We arrived around 12 in the afternoon of course our room was not ready although the lady at the reception asked for a security deposit of £20 before check in, and they didn’t mention anything about it at the check out. I forgot to ask for my money back and I need to chase them now. They charge the breakfast for children so be prepared if you are travelling with kids. The rooms are clean but not good sized especially if you are claustrophobic.

The hotel is quite good, but the service need improve! I'm not sure if I'm wring or not, in Trip application told need to check-out before 12.00. I got a ring from hotel said I need to leave before 11.00 not 12.00, the receptionist didn't tell me when check-in. I'm quite curious, Is this a 4-stars works? If so, they probably won't get more money from me!

I had an amazing stay for one night. I was able to check in earlier and the location was very convenient.. only 2 minutes walk away from the station and one minute walk away from the Kensington gardens, a very beautiful and big park. The only bad thing was that my hotel room was siding a construction site so it was quite noisy during the day. But at night it was quiet. Overall, I can recommend.

I paid £80 for a small but functional room in the heart of London, visit here for the location and access to other parts of London. My bath didn't work and the bathroom was a little bit unkept, but it was fine. I'd return!

A 2pm check in time advertised but made to wait for an hour without good reason because the rooms were not ready. No indication given that check out time had been changed as well so was subjected to a rude phone call from staff the next day. When I produced proof of my check in and check out time according to my booking, I was told that it was the fault of the Website (Trip.com) whereas it was obviously the hotel failing to notify anyone and trying to extract extra income. Not impressed with their manner at all.

I stayed one night in a single room. Staff were very helpful. The hotel was in a very convenient location, close to The Hyde park and different metro stations. Lots of shops, bakery and restaurants nearby. The bed was comfy and I had everything I needed.

I had a 2 nights stay in a single room. It is a fantastic hotel with great location, few underground stations are all minutes of walking away. Single room is good enough for one person, the room is clean and fully equipped. Hotel staffs are friendly, price is good. Grand Royale London Hyde Park is definitely my first choice of London hotel for my future trips.
