The hotel is in a great location with nice staff, but the room view was poor. While the room looks clean, it had dust in detail. Despite the good service, the bad view n dust made the overall experience just average.

Breakfast buffet was really good, but some hotel staffs were unfriednly, room was really cold. Air condtioning system didn't work, so I requested to change my room but the other room was also cold. If you stay here, please take some hot stuffs. I asked them to bring heater but they didn't.

This is the old hotel but renovated. However, everything in the room is quite good especially the flush toilet. The staffs are friendly. But when our room called them to get the daily amenities when we came back to the room, they accepted our requests but did not provide anything. May be because it was in late evening already.

Location is good although not the closest to city Center

The hotel was as expected, staff helpful. However the usb hubs in the room didn’t function and there was no indication that they didn’t so having arrived late evening with a busy three days work ahead, I then woke up to a Flat phone and iPad. Reception then told me, on my enquiry that only the refurbished rooms had functioning sockets but plugs were available in the shop area. At £17 each I was unimpressed as I had no time to get down to the shops and get some charge going before my working day. Small things can cause unnecessary anxiety to solo female travellers and no phone is at the top of the list. So hence my poor rating. Food also was expensive and very average, go elsewhere.

Great service, nice breakfast options, good location.

When we arrived, we kept being sent to the wrong room. Moved three times with two young kids who were very moody by the time we actually got into the right room. Staff are friendly but unfortunately they had something different on the system which didn’t give us a good start to the trip. Bathrooms and rooms are dated. Hardly any sockets and half of them not working. Parking is convenient but unfortunately when we put our car in the parking it was not giving out the tickets so they just approximated the charge of parking for me which I know I paid over for. The reception area is gorgeous, and breakfast is good. I’d probably look for a better hotel next time around though purely because of the rooms!

It is 100% below of the lowest expectations. Dirty rooms, the worst service in the Ibis. Yes, I did a mistake and booked less night than I have to stay. They did a late check out and said that it is impossible to extend my stay for one night and gave me 15 minutes to leave the room.

It's a very okaish hotel, rooms are small and very basic for the price they charge

This hotel was perfect;y placed for my visit to Hammersmith as well as central London. Easy to get to along the Piccadilly line, 10 mins to Hyde Park corner and 20 mins from Kings Cross. This is one of the larger Novotel hotels but the amenities are even greater and all the familiar comforts of this chain of hotels was there to enjoy. Very pleased with my choice especially the price given it isn’t right in the centre.

5 mins walk from hammersmith. There are lots of nice bars nearby. Not far from airport.

Location is very good but amenities is a bit outdated. Breakfast is good with enough choice of food

The hotel is very close to Apollo, which is nice. But the reception service attitude needs to be improved
