Great solo traveller's option for a luxury hotel room! It is small but it has everything a traveller needs with a personal touch. I'm very content with the stay. The hotel staff were helpful and giving me more water on the road when I checked out.

Service is not at the level expected anymore for the price category of the hotel, used to be excellent in the category (been going for a few years now). Room not cleaned properly etc plus there was loud party music coming from downstairs and receptionist could only advise that it will stop at 12am - which for this price point of the hotel is not acceptable. You are likely to find a better hotel / service in the local area in the same price category that is far superior on service. Food is good here.

From its location and the comfort of the building's exterior to the staff's service attitude, everything scores top marks! Although the hotel's buffet breakfast doesn't offer a wide variety, the quality is excellent, and it was a very comfortable dining experience, with the waitstaff being very attentive! Additionally, the service received at the hotel's main entrance and the exceptional care taken by the staff in handling our heavy luggage during checkout, ensuring it was transported downstairs to the taxi, was commendable. These experiences definitely make us want to return!

The room was small but quite cozy, though the shower wasn't very strong with its water output. Absolutely wonderful breakfast and only two minutes to the British museum.

The hotel room was not big but elegant, the bathroom was beautiful and clean, we stayed in the first floor but so quiet, all the staffs were so polite and helpful, breakfast also good no matter the semi-buffet or the a la carte restaurant. It's a very enjoyable experience.

Stunning hotel in the center of London just a stone throw away from the tube and right in opposite of Russel Square. The standard rooms are not necessarily large but I stayed at the Park Suite which was spacious with a beautiful view, a beautiful fireplace and a lovely bath tube πŸ˜€ Breakfast was included and can be eaten in two restaurants. One is a la carte and the other one is buffet style. Service is good with friendly staff πŸ‘Œ

It’s a truly five star rated hotel in the middle of London. The service in the restaurant for breakfast was impeccable and professional indeed! I definitely would come back in the next trip to London!

I forgot my pillow in the room when I checked out on 13/11/2022. I called on the same day about 8:40 pm and the duty manager steve answered the phone. I told him my room number and the date that I checked out. He ask me many questions and the most ridiculous question is what is the material of the pillow. I can’t answer and asked him why asking this question? Who knows the material of their pillows. How many pillows u can find in that room on that day? He just hanged up the phone so I called again. There was a lady answer the phone. I told the same thing and she asked me to hold on and check for me. 1 minute later she told me that they found the pillow and asked me to collect it anytime. What a difference of response ! I didn’t collect it because I have a early flight back to hk the next day. I came again to London this week and I called again tonight to the hotel and it’s Steve again . He asked me the same question again and said that will pass the information to the appropriate department to handle and will email me. 3 hours later until now I didn’t get the reply so I think he just ignore my request. I am so disappointed that a big hotel group like lgh can have this kind of attitude and service.
