The service was extremely poor. On the day of check-in, I had confirmed with the front desk that I could check out at 14 o'clock on the day of check-out, but the staff who helped me check in on the day of check-out pretended not to know that he said he could check out at 14 o'clock and kept saying that we were looking for an excuse to let us pay the room fee for the day. In addition, during the period of living, the room cleaning personnel forced me into the house to clean when I refused to clean, which was very lack of quality and self-cultivation. The service of this hotel is terrible. I won't choose the second time!!!!!!If someone has booked this order, remember to delay the check-out time when checking in. Be sure to record or video as evidence.

They called me at noon on the day of check-in and told me that I was lucky enough to be upgraded from a three-bedroom apartment to a three-bedroom townhouse! Remember to compare these two three-bedroom apartments when booking and choose the relatively expensive apartment! The hotel told me that because the apartment was overbooked, it could provide a late check-out and a welcome basket. I didn't need a late check-out, so I just hoped that I could give them enough water, milk and bread for 5 people. In fact, one of the rooms I stayed in was still in the basement, and I was only given a small bucket of milk, 2 bottles of water, and enough bread. However, after the children finished their breakfast in the morning, I discovered that the bread expired that day and the milk expired yesterday. I live in two houses in Cheval, one in Knightsbridge and the other in Tower Bridge. They are both great! ! ! ! The location is great, very close to Harrods, and it’s clean and tidy inside! The most important thing is that it is huge!
