Truly a great property. Fantastic location above Gloucester Road station which is well connected to many attractions across London. The apartment was very spacious and the fit and finish was top notch. The service staff were lovely and receptive. Could not have asked for more (although a higher floor would be better and our unit had no balcony). But aside from this, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I am a repeated customer of this property. Everything meets my expectation except the following : —the air con in the gym does not function well. So it’s quite stuffy there and not good for exercise . In fact I brought up the matter a few times over my past few trips to London but the situation has not been improved . —- the door of the apartment is difficult to open. Instead of conventional door handle , one needs to use a small switch with very sharp edges and corners to open the door. Although the door design looks niche , it’s not too practical..

Great location and good service.

The room is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped! There are washing machines, dryers, ovens, microwaves, and induction cookers! Gloucester subway station is just outside the room, and supermarkets, Starbucks, and Burger King are all within sight of the room! For first-time visitors, it is very convenient!

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 4 days during our trip to London. The experience was very good. The hotel was good value for money. The front desk was very nice and helped us upgrade. The location is very convenient. It is right at the subway entrance of Gloucester Road on the Piccardy Line. It is very convenient to go to the airport and everywhere. There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, and you can also walk to Hyde Park. The room is large and clean, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware and tableware, and the night view outside the balcony is also great. We had a very pleasant holiday here. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities are newly decorated and beautiful, the room is spacious and the view is unbeatable. There are only two small points: parking costs 48 pounds a night and the teapot does not have a tea filter. Of course, the price is indeed more expensive~

It actually looks better than the photos.
