My 4th times of booking with this hotel, the have luxurious limousine send us to city or where else we want to go in city.

The Shard has unbelievable views. Mesmerising. The size of the suit was satisfactory, spacious. Bathroom is very well appointed.

The perfect hotel to enjoy the view of London as it is an attraction itself. You can enjoy the sunset and sunrise as you are chilling on bed with your beloved. The service is really amazing and efficient. The breakfast is really good and full of diverse foods. Sky pool and spa were closed but we have enjoyed it before and it was amazing. The only negative point to be fair is the gym which is not amazingly equipped in term of lifting equipment. I definitely recommend this hotel for every couple that want to have an unforgettable stay in London.

Absolutely in love with this hotel. It was a surprise stay planned for my partner’s birthday and I must say I’m impressed with the service of the guest relations and the rest of the team. The stay and room set up was just magical. Loved the whole journey right from the warm welcome at the entrance to the check in desk until checkout. Thank you so much for making this stay so special for us.

We stayed at Shangri-la for two nights.I can’t praise enough the staff and the hotel itself. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to an amazing city-view room. Our room was facing St Paul’s Cathedral and other famous landmarks. The views were absolutely breathtaking. I decided to use the pool and sauna. It was brilliant! Again stunning views as the pool is located on the 52nd floor. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of cold and hot food, fruits and pastries. The facilities at the hotel are great but what makes everything perfect is the people and staff. A big thank you to duty manager Tylor and the reception staff, especially Jasmine and Andzelika, the pool attendant. You made our stay memorable.❤️

Good service. There is a subway downstairs. It is close to the Tower Bridge, but far from Big Ben. The breakfast buffet is free, but we didn't know and ordered a set buffet. When we checked out, we were asked to give a +5% tip per room per day. In order not to embarrass the Chinese, I paid a tip of 1,900 RMB. The Ctrip airport shuttle driver sent me downstairs to the hotel and insisted that the road was not accessible. We had to carry our luggage and walk 200 meters to the hotel. Later, I asked the front desk. Although this road is a one-way street, any vehicle can enter.

The view room selected by the front desk is very beautiful. You can see the London Eye. The location is also very convenient. It is a 1-minute walk from the subway station and it is very convenient to walk to the Tower Bridge. The environment and service are very good!

The most luxurious hotel in London, with first-class environment and service. The view from the window of the room is all beautiful, especially at dusk when the sun sets, half of London is golden. There are six restaurants and afternoon tea restaurants in the hotel, which are expensive and worth the money. We had two meals at the "Hutong" Chinese restaurant. The bowl of "opening red" cod noodles in the picture cost 52 pounds. It's a bit expensive, but it's really delicious. 😋 Glass bottled water is provided in the room. We stayed for three nights, in rooms 4612 and 5004 respectively. 4612 can see the sunset, and 5004 can see the Tower of London. Worth it! Recommended!

The hotel room is in a great location. I booked a 180° panoramic room, right next to the Thames. From the room you can see the Tower Bridge of London, which is very beautiful, especially the night view. I will choose this hotel again next time I come.
