It is very convenient near the Elizabeth Line and DLR. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The scenery of the pier is very good, especially the night view after turning on the lights at night

It was just okay. There was no water bottles in the room and took a while to connect to chromecast. The floors are not super well labelled and a little confusing. Kettle was not cleaned when I checked. Would stay again because of location only.
