Good location in central London. Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect. The rooms are a bit older. The cupboards are no longer the latest either. Rather borderline for a five star hotel. Bed and mini bar quite ok. The bathroom was nice and big but also outdated. Room service was very good. For a five star hotel it is a 7/10.

The lobby of the hotel is gorgeously decorated, and the hotel was remodeled from the former headquarters building of the Bank of London. The front desk service is good, but the breakfast restaurant service is extremely poor! After ordering breakfast on the first day, it was delayed. After waiting for nearly an hour, when I asked the waiter, he said that the customer hadn't ordered yet? ! Go to breakfast at 10 o'clock on the fourth day, and it is said that it is closed after time! When checking in, the time told by the front desk is 10:30! It's inexplicable! ! !

This hotel was a major surprise! Lovely welcoming staff and clean and bright. Central London handy to attractions. We experienced a really welcoming feel and attention t detail. In the restaurant Karl and the rest of the team were brilliant at breakfast. Thanks Threadneedles it’s been so lovely!

Had a wonderful stay for our anniversary. Staff treated us very well including rose petals and a nice bottle of wine. Hotel is immaculate and has lots of charm since it was a bank when built. Will be staying here again for our next London trip. Highly recommended.

Unless you have business in the area I would not recommend the Threadneedles Hotel in London. We arrived around 10pm and when registering asked the price of breakfast. We were told $15, but it was really $50. We told the front desk numerous times that the heat was not working in our room. They checked and said it was fine. It was not. Finally, maintenance installed a space heater in the room. We were going to the Barbican Center and asked them to make a reservation at a restaurant there. We arrived to find that we were not on their list. The hotel didn't follow up on the reservation. Lastly, being an older hotel, their tech has not been updated. There were a few outlets for charging. There wasn't even a proper outlet in the bathroom for the hair dryer. We were not impressed with the service or room.

This hotel is 7 kinds of awesome. Great location, really nice rooms and the best staff imaginable. We come to London a lot and this hotel will be our new go to! Easy to get to from airport on the train, and a short walk to Tower Bridge, Boroughs market and the waterfront Thames. Slow on weekends as it’s in the banking district, but that’s a plus, not a minus as it’s quiet

This hotel is awesome, centrally located, clean rooms, beautiful lobby and great breakfast. What really sets it apart are the people though, incredibly nice and professional and unbelievable helpful. Huge shout out to James. This will be my got to London Hotel from now on.
