Hotel very clean and great location!

Cozy room, it is good enough for single traveler.

My room apparently was on the 4th floor no elevators and the stair case was steep and very exhausting just going up and down especially when you find your key doesn’t work.room very small but ok.

It is a 10-minute walk from Victoria Station, and it is very convenient to the Royal Palace, Oxford Street, and Chinatown. We lived on the third floor, which is similar to a residential area in the UK, and there is no elevator. The room is small, but the toilet is big.

The location is very convenient, only 7 minutes away from Victoria Coach station. The staff is friendly and the room is a good size. The toilet is hygienic and clean. It's just that the soundproofing of the room is not very good, so I could hear the voices next door.

It is the typical English house used as a small hotel. It had everything we were looking for, a comfortable bed, a proper shower and a good location close to the center and buses, subways and buses. The staff was very friendly and responsive, they don't speak Spanish and we speak very little English but with the translator... everything was wonderful. In general everything was perfect except for the stairs... it didn't matter too much to us since we didn't have much luggage and we were only going to sleep but for loads with a lot of luggage or babies...

The hotel staff are extremely unkind and unhelpful. The service attitude is extremely poor and the environment is poor.

Well located and very attentive staff

I chose a hotel after several choices with my friends. It is very close to Victoria Station. There are many coffee shops around. Very good service. The transportation is very convenient. You can store your luggage for free!

Very good service and accommodation I give full marks. The attitude is very good, and the reply is very fast. If I go again, I will stay in this place again.
