Good hotel comparing to many old ones that London has to offer.

Always stay at this hotel for the location. Had an issue with the room at first. Sent to wrong one but very quickly sorted and very apologetic, offered us breakfast but decided not to take it as already payed in advance.

The location of the hotel is very good, near the subway station, only about 5 minutes walk, the staff is friendly, The room is new and clean, and the overall environment is clean and tidy. I look forward to staying again next time. It is worth recommending!

Hotel very well located but the bathroom deserves to be renovated. The train passes right next to it. The quality of the breakfast is poor.

Do not go… … Noisy, no air conditioning, dirty and unfriendly

We are amazed by service that this hotel provides. All thanks to great staff especially Natalia. Rooms are very cozy and clean. We stayed in super room where we had coffee machine and smart TV. Unfortunately there’s no view from the hotel but all attractions are walkable distance.

Had a brilliant stay Sunday afternoon/night.From Carmen at reception,Doris,the Italian barman & all the other staff who made it a fantastic night.Doris was great, looking after everyone & everyone enjoying the night.Will be back soon, can't wait.Gray & Di (Stockport)

Breakfast was hot, plentiful and regularly restocked throughout the breakfast time (ie, it wasn't almost empty half an hour before they were due to stop serving, like some places). Soundproofing in the room was excellent, but ventilation was little. Staff were fine, but not particularly welcoming, not particularly fast. Depends what you want from your stay in London. I was happy and would use them again.

For the first time in my life I was told that the room I reserved and paid one week in advance was not available, due to hotel overbookin. I was forced to move to another one, just because Travelodge wanted to sell my room twice. I won't be staying there ever again.

I enjoyed my stay here primarily because the staff was highly efficient at their job and took the time to get some ice water for me and another guest who were very worn out from the day. Thank you!

Too hot, noisy and smelly, staff don't care, TV doesn't work, no way of contacting reception without getting out of bed and going to the ground floor!

The location of the hotel is very good, the traffic is convenient，very close to the subway station, close to the Tower Bridge, it is very convenient to the stores for groceries, the nearby is a very lively neighborhood, very close to downtown

The welcome when we arrived was fantastic. Room was ready and was so clean and fresh. Food was amazing and was not over priced. Bar and restaurant friendly atmosphere and inviting. Very friendly staff and willing to help. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks travel lodge
