Good location from theatre. Lift wasn’t working and had to climb 3 sets of stairs. Snacks in room were out of date.

The hotel did not have a four-star rating after staying for three days: the slippers were terrible and very thin and could not be worn; the hotel's wifi signal was very poor; the smell was terrible; the hotel's sewer was blocked and the water was very slow; the bathroom did not even have a door; the double bed was made of two The small beds are pushed together; the hygiene is very bad; there is an unpleasant smell in the elevator; there are strange things in the toilet; the sound insulation is very poor; there is no hot water to boil (the hot water kettle works sometimes); the room is very dark and there is nothing in the closet Can't see; the light table lamp in the room can't be turned on, and the corners are very dirty; we agreed to downgrade the room, but there is no signal and wifi in that room. When we responded to them, they thought the wifi was good and couldn't understand our opinions. We The solution they gave us when the hot water kettle was broken was to let us keep pressing it with our hands to heat it, but the front desk thought they could change it for us if we told them in time (we told them in time, but they didn't want to change it for us) Meaning) Our pajamas had a strange smell in the room after one night's sleep. To sum up, they have a reason for everything, including the broken light. We told them that it was broken in the first place. Also, they knew that the sewers were blocked, but they didn't come to fix it. They felt that our complaints had affected them, so when we left, they complained about our complaints instead of apologizing. the reasons that we think it is a not good hotel: the facilities are not get four star like the website said: the slippers are so bad we can't wear; the wifi in the room is not efficient, even the signal is poor; and there is a nasty smell in the room and in the lift; the sewer likes blocked because the water get through very slow when we first used it; the shower place even has no door; two beds make one big bed sounds ridiculous; and the dust bin is too small in the bath room and there is something strange; noisy; the electric kettle is not worked sometimes, actually it was successful just once; it’s too dark: the light in the closet is not worked and also the table lamp in the room; there is so horrible in every corner in the room: too dirty! we agreed that the room can be down grade because we wanted to live on the same floor but the workers didn't tell us that there is no Wi-Fi and even the signal! More, before we checked out, they was told us the wifi is definitely ok (but they never give us any solution) as same as the kettle and the lamp and the sewer. These three days are not good for us. I think they feel that we are trouble when we complain the facilities and no sorry.

Very cosy and personal hotel with perfect location, employees were always friendly. Room was clean, comfortable bed. Limited but good breakfast with option to order omelets etc with little extra pay.

Staying at the Sanctum this time was ‘okay’, which is a shame as the premis of the hotel is quirky, ‘rock star’ and luxury - and we felt that when we stayed before. When staying for 2 nights this time, to get back to our room on day 2 after the 3pm check-in (after having been out since before 9am), to find your room still unmade - was not acceptable. A minimal apology of ‘we’ve been busy’ didn’t hit the mark either. We won’t be staying a third time I’m afraid.

The hotel was excellent right from checking in to checking out. The room was stayed in was spacious with quirky decor and a real glam feel. Throughout the hotel it smelt lovely with a wonderful fragrance. We stayed and ate at the restaurant which was also lovely, great range of food and reasonably priced. Overall the trip was a real success and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Our bartender at the restaurant was amazing. The food was fabulous, even the continental breakfast was super yummy. We had a little problem checking in, check in time was 3 pm and we were early but 3pm means 3pm. Overall lovely boutique hotel super close to shopping and pubs.

The property is great, the room was so small that the sink was in the shower cubicle!

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff! The mattress was extremely comfortable and the breakfast/coffee was delicious. Amazing location and walkable to Covent Garden and Buckingham palace. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience to stay there! The employees at the reception are so helpful and kind. The room (junior suite) has everything you need, was spacious and really soundproof. The location is perfect.

Great little hidden treasure in the heart of the Soho/West End. My second time at this trendy hotel, and already thinking about my next visit.
