住房的情況，從評價上看得出來，是根本不能出租的，因為房子基本處於無人管理的狀況，有一個8 0多歲的長者來開門，房間沒有人打掃，沒有熱水，看樣子是多年沒有人居住了，我們花了一個下午打掃衞生，因為已經定了無法更換，衹有堅持住了5天。
建議不要再推薦給人居住了。

There is still a sign on the door saying the property shouldn’t be used commercially due to failing fire safety checks. The fire panel was showing silenced faults when we entered. Everything was dirty in the venue, there were mouse dropping and loads of random stains. The bed was really old or damaged, it was really uncomfortable.

L'hôte nous contacte au tel l'apm de la réservation pour me demander mon numéro de carte et insiste pour un paiement cash...
Nous découvrons l'appartement avec stupeur, rien à voir avec les photos, c'est dégoûtant, l'hôte n'a pas honte de louer dans cet état, la cuisine les plaques chauffantes sont noires autour des brûleurs qui sentent fort la graisse, et ne parlons pas de l'intérieur du micro onde il n'a jamais été nettoyé.les moquettes sont tachées et pas nettoyées et aspirées.la salle de bain n'en parlons pas, le carrelage est cassé et juste posé sur le sol.les joints de baignoire sont noirs, la paroi de douche et miroir et étagère ne sont pas nettoyées avec plein de traces de crasse. De plus il n'y a pas d'eau chaude...etc... franchement l'hote n'a pas honte de louer dans cet état. Nous avons fait l'erreur de ne pas lire les avis avant de réserver, nous aurions dû au vu des autres avis désastreux sur la saleté et l'insalubrité des lieux. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi Hôtel.com présente encore ce bien à la location.
Malgré la fatigue nous avons dû trouver un autre hébergement en urgence.
Je n'ai jamais vu ça, c'est de l'escroquerie !!! A FUIR !!!

There is nothing good about this property! Except its proximity to some places so plan to visit and nearby bus and train station. The property owner cannot maintain this place. He has no staff to assist him.I have reported this man to action fraud.ik for misrepresenation I have reported this to Kensington Chelsea City Voincil that this. business property be closed for the safety of guests he will victimize.The owner does not respond to emails and phone calls and not even professional enough to settle amicably. His card reader does not work and will demand cash and this will victimize the client and not able to dispute credit card companies. At the front door we only noticed a note from their fire department that the property should not be used for commercial purposes. I reported this to ******* and I hold ******* accountable too since this property is in their network.

The property had a health & safety Article 31 notice on the door so shouldn’t have been accepting guest, the room was filthy. We had no choice but to book alternative accommodation as there was no way we could stay there.

Dirty Dirty Dirty place. Dirty room. Dirty carpet. Disgusting dirty duvet with holes. Bathroom taps and sink full of mildew. Bathroom disgustingly dirty full of black stinky glue. Complained to manager instead of fixing the issue told me to leave... and nearly 10pm !!! so no choice but forced to sleep over the tiny towel, with holes that they provided as even the sofa stinks. Had to leave the light on for safety as there were creepy crawlies due to the disgusting state of the room, bathroom and kitchen.
