It's easy to praise these wonderful establishments but it's how they respond in more challenging situations that sets the well managed apart from below par organisations the world can do without. When a colleague explains "I am just on minimum wage, I'll get fired if I allow that" then you know you have found one of the below par ones. Step up and claim your award Soho Hotel

One of the best cocktail bars in London, hands down, with a prime location that adds to its appeal. I’d highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys expertly crafted drinks and a lively atmosphere. The extensive drink menu offers something for everyone, and the mix of interesting people adds to the experience. I’ll definitely be visiting again.

We’ve stayed at the Soho Hotel twice. It is an excellent hotel with lovely rooms and attentive staff. The location is VERY convenient for tourists and is in walking distance to many of the “must see” sites. (However, the area is a little like Times Square in NYC BEFORE it was cleaned up. Certain streets can be a little sketch.) The restaurant in the hotel is solid with great breakfast offerings in the morning and unique drinks in the evening. Highly recommend. Would stay again and definitely would suggest this to tourists who want to be in walking distance to a lot of the tourist spots.

Beautiful decor and extremely friendly staff. Lovely bar and great drinks. Monique was extremely attentive and made our visit! The cocktails were delicious and the bar had a really nice atmosphere. Would definitely visit again. Thanks again Monique!

This is an amazing hotel in the theater district. The staff, especially Angel and Rukky, are amazing. Their warm greetings to their answer to every question all done to perfection with style. The decor and ambiance are exceptional. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern. Very clean and the AC works really well. Breakfast was delicious and weaved on beautiful Wedgwood China. I would definitely return.

From arrival, service was top notch. The room was beautifully decorated and well appointed. It was spacious with comfortable bedding. A very large room. The restaurant bar made wonderful cocktails. This coupled with its location is a must stay every time I visit London.

The best we’ve stayed in for a long time! The room was beautiful, the staff were very friendly with a professionalism that was outstanding, including the doormen who are so knowledgeable about the local area. Breakfast-delish!!! Sunday roast-delish! Can’t wait to go back.

This is a tired hotel that got a low-budget facelift in the 90s. The whole place is dirty and run down. The walls are paper-thin, making it difficult to sleep. The reception manager was curt and unkind. I did not feel welcome. I will never stay at The Soho Hotel again. J
