Excellent location, few minutes walk to Piccadilly Circus and National Gallery among other attractions. Staffs are friendly. Although the room is small, it’s clean and functional for a solo traveler.

Front desk receptionist Augustine was a little bit rude. Amenities were fine. Beds not too comfortable. WiFi not too fast. Location was perfect to see west end shows! Probably won’t book again as it wasn’t value for money.

Good location but will be better if tv have Netflix or YouTube.

Great location. Near to shopping areas and Chinatown. The phantom of the opera is just round the corner.

Good location

The location is very good. It only takes three minutes to walk to the theater. But the room is very small London is expensive But this one is also relatively cheaper This is reflected in the room size and facilities There is free time for cheese and liquor in the afternoon But I didn’t participate because I had no interest in it. If you consider location and price, you can choose this one

I really like the location. Piccadilly Station, 5 minutes from Trafalgar London Eye, Big Ben bus stop 3 stops away It was in the middle of nowhere so it was very easy to move around. The staff were so friendly too! There were reviews saying the room was small, but for me, it was just enough for two people to spread out their suitcases!

It was so small that we could barely open two suitcases. The shower had no steps, so the water flowed all the way into the toilet. There was no tissue paper, which was inconvenient. However, the location was good. I felt at ease because there was a Japanese person at the front desk.

The service attitude is very good and the location is convenient. I will come again.

Super hotel in the center, you can walk everywhere. The room is small but equipped with every comfort, ideal for a couple of days. The only downside was that our room had no windows.
