Check-in and check-out were fully automated and easy, and the bar receptionist was also kind. It was helpful that they provided a carafe of water every day. It was a new hotel and the facilities were clean. Nice hotel but was not given the room I booked - given a room without a window when I booked and paid for a room with window - made a difference. When I queried this I was effectively told it was my mistake.
