1. No lift, I had to lift up 2 heavy luggage to 2/F with high headroom!
2. Poor Toilet: so tiny that I could hardly turn around or wear clothes inside ; the exhaust fan was revolving but had no effect on exacting air inside toilet, moisture and odour existed overnight!!!
3. Terrace 34 just had 1 unguarded front gate, when I go down to basement for laundry works at 2:00am, three young guys were sitting at the common corridor of 2/F, staring at me when I walked through, and I had no idea whether they are residents or not!
from above, original I will stay for 4 nights, but after 1 night, I decided to check out and move to another apartment nearby, on the next day morning.

Hébergement près du transport en commun et près d’un parc. Hébergement manque d’insonorisation on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les autres appartements. Surtout quand les voisins sont très bruyants…

Room very hot, the room had two fans already, window wouldn’t stay open. Laminate flooring kept moving, cutting my husbands foot. Freezer door broken off, work top above the fridge red hot, fire risk. Customer service appalling, not worth the price paid. When discussed issues we were not offered a different room, instructed to open the window !!!! As they don’t advertise ac in the rooms, but they also didn’t advertise an unbearable hot room. Third fan delivered, and a key card allowing the fans to be kept in when out.

This apartment was great for our weekend visit, enough room for us all to stay in comfortably, beds were comfy and all amenties worked. Great for commuting as next to 2 underground atations, lots of shops and resturants near buy. A little problem when we checked out but was soon rectified. Would definitely stay here again

Great location close to two tube stations, Queensway and Bayswater and plenty shops and restaurants. Central location to Kensington Palace which is right beside you at Queensway Tube Station. We had a third Floor room, no stairs, six, yes six flights of steep stairs, even the member of staff who helped with our bags was challenged to do these. Room was OK. Small shower that our Young daughter found a challenge. Only for the stairs it was a good location. Asked for different room, non available in the price we booked, no offer of a different price room for an extra charge. Of we were to stay again would be asking for a very lower floor. It did not mention when booking there was no lift unit we stayed in could do with some TLC in areas. Area was quiet at night time. Security deposit of £200.00 charged on book in. No facility to pay by Card at reception desk and had to be done online via a link sent to you. Strange way to handle payments.

Very small apartment even though it was intended for three people. Even though there were 3 of us, including a girl, the towel kit was for two. Modern furnishings. Clean room. In my opinion ideal for the individual. Two or three too many baby. High price. Presence of very low window unsuitable for children.
