I was bited by bedbugs. The conditions are very bad.

Nice garden and they got free breakfast, but just need to queue for so long if you want some eggs or pancakes and sausages from them. Be careful of your food you put in the fridge, it will be taken even you put the name on it!

This place is the best, I would come back again, I really recommend it, the breakfast is really good, the staff is really friendly

The manager that worked the morning shift wasn’t really friendly, always with an unhappy face. Night shift staff were great. Cleanliness average and didn’t know the toilet was super small. We were not allowed to use the kitchen in the morning and in the evening to cook our own meal, but they actually have 2 hobs that can be well utilised.

Great location close to Earl’s Court tube station, shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful. Good amenities with big TV and board games. Big bonus with free breakfast provided every morning.

The hot water is not warm enough. Front desk staff is quite friendly though a bit too much

The lodging was about 5min walk from Earl's Court station which was convenient to access many of the main attractions. There were many food options around too. The room was spacious and clean but Wifi connection was unstable in the room. Towel, shampoo and shower gel had to be self-supplied. The lodging provided daily breakfast for free which was a huge bonus. It also had limited free dinner but I didn't get to try. Check-in and check-out were easy and the staff were friendly.

This place is best described a 'livly' a great hostel with everything you need and expect. Friendly staff and the option for a free meal... Enjoyed my stay, thank you...

Good service as always price went a bit high in season but rest all .

Beautiful place and ideal if you want to exercise they provide outdoor gym and friendly staff available 24/7 i recommend it !

The dorm beds are a bit basic as there is no curtain but it has a big TV in the lounge which has good channels and movies. Also has a big seating area in the garden - also provides free evening meal and breakfast.

Excepts let fir the price maybe can improve on the food but otherwise is okay

the best hostel I had in the UK. They have a large chilled living room kitchen yard and outdoor gym. Free breakfast and dinner if you booked before 4pm everyday. Clean bathroom and toilet, they even have female separated toilets
