I asked for a top bunk bed and the receptionist said ok, but I was assigned to the lowest bunk, closest to the ground.
There were no curtains so I felt like I was being watched by anyone who came into the room and couldn't relax.
There also seemed to be insects on the bed and I was bitten in several places which made me itchy.
I think the location and price were reasonable. There were not many toilets and they were sometimes clogged, so if you're not used to traveling, I think it would be better to choose a more expensive hostel.

This is a great facility at a really cheap price for London.
I slept comfortably.
The sound of motorcycles on the side of the road was a bit noisy.
