Great value for money. 10 mins walk to Earls Court station. Rooms are clean and basic but design was modern. The breakfast turned out to be quite good with nice bakeries, fruits and eggs.

The room is really small and it's a bit difficult to put a big suitcase in. It may be related to the room type I booked.
Basement floor
The bathroom door opens outwards, which is inconvenient to walk in.
Fortunately, the continental breakfast is good.
The waiters are all young and polite. I guess they are used by interns a lot.

The listing on trip.com clearly says with windows and posting a complete different room type of photos to intentionally deceive users probably 🤷🏿 asked the staff abt it after checking in this room located in basement. At first she said we didnt say theres window, until i show her the description on trip.com… she simply replies theres window, the one on the roof lol
But the room is clean in general, and very easy access location, lots of shops/supermarkets n eateries in 5mins walk.
