Convenient location especially when you’re visiting your kids studying universities there. Frontline services are excellent 😇

Because the bed is against the wall on three sides, the gap between the bed and the wall is a little dirty, but everything else is fine, and the breakfast is also OK. It is very quiet.

Clean and comfortable hotel which I've just used for the second time because of it's location and Premier Inn comfort. Minimal staffing, friendly and helpful. Minor issue with a seal gone around the shower door but nothing to stop me staying again.

I have not stayed here for a few years so was delighted to return and have a great experience again. I booked a bigger room again, which is nice and cozy. Here’s what I liked and why! 1) The reception staff are super welcoming! 2) The bedroom is immaculate. 3) The bedding and bath towels are so soft and comfy. 4) It’s centrally located 5) Nice and quiet! 6) Competitive rates. 7) I felt safe. The receptionist was mindful when giving me my key card by not calling out my room number, she pointed to my room number on the card and just mentioned the floor. You cannot access the floors without your keycard. I’d stay again 🤩

Best small budget hotel. Rooms are small but cozy, modern and very clean. Mine was without an opening window big it feels being on a cruise cabin!!... Cherry on the cake it's super quiet and it's in a very central location.

Despite two requests, my room was not cleaned during my 3 night stay. You have to request cleaning, and the staff clearly see fulfilling your request as optional. Overflowing bin was the result. Also, if you like to make a cup of tea or coffee in your room, this may not be the best option for you. Tea and coffee are available for free, but only from the lounge. On the plus side, the room was comfortable and quiet and the WiFi was good.

Perfect location for Soho/Euston area and standard Hub rooms which I like. The lounge area is particularly nice and comfortable with tea/coffee on tap. As the rooms are not for sitting in it makes sense to offer guests this space but liked the layout in this hotel particularly.

This is the first time I have stayed at a Hub. It was recommended by my client. I wasn’t sure what to expect so was a little surprised by the room, but since the room was for sleeping and having a shower it was perfectly good. It was clean, comfortable and had everything I’d require for 1 or 2 nights. The reception / bar area was very nice and had plenty of areas to do a bit of work if you want to get out of the room. The location is really good for the price. All in all, a very good value hotel in a good location. Handy for the tube and Elizabeth Line b

We had a function in Mayfair and wanted to explore, this was a great location as not far from Kings Cross or Mayfair. Staff were friendly, rooms were great and the Lounge area was pleasant to enjoy a drink and the breakfast which is great value.

This hotel is in an amazing location (and it is near my favourite cafe of all times, Mikel), but as I have always said, I really don't think the price is realistic sometimes as I believe they take advantage of the fact that people need a Saturday room more often than a Monday one for example. They are a hotel that I do tend to prefer though as you always get what you see, it is clean, it is safe and it is very pleasant. And I *really* want their mattress for my home, it is fantastic!

Only a few yards from a tube station, for me made it ideal to use as started point. Coffee shops are near by, or you can use Premier Inn breakfast offer.
