It was a simple hotel, but it was a place where I wanted to understand everything about the breakfast that felt like I was receiving a warm meal from a British family.
As it was old, the facilities were very old and small, but the people were friendly and warm, making you feel like family.

A convenient location to the theatre district. Easy to find. Friendly staff. My room was clean and had all the amenities needed. Will stay again. Nothing fancy but nice.

Excellent comfy hotel. Breakfast was included in the price. They were happy to look after our bags whilst we enjoyed our day and checked in late afternoon before 3 min walk to Shaftesbury Theatre. Would happily use this hotel again.

The Morgan hotel is located in a convenient position to theatres, China town restaurants and many more attractions. The hotel is a little worn in terms of decor and you have to be fit if your room is on the top floor. It is great for a weekend trip expecially if you can book it when there is offers on the price. It's definitely not the Ritz but when my wife I stayed we had a comfortable night even though the fan in the toilet wouldn't switch off and the water pressure in the shower wasn't great! We were on the top floor so maybe the hotel could invest in a high pressure pump to get the water up there at a reasonable pressure. Breakfast was good and will set you up for the day. We would stay here again.

Staff were friendly . room was clean and was very quiet seeing how it was on a busy area of town , breakfast was lovely it was very tasty,the hotel was in a good location for the theatre s and good night life. Bed was comfy and a good size bath room was clean and tidy will deffo go back

Great service with the staff and able to accommodate us ref stairs etc, close to Shaftesbury theatre and the subway, breakfast was lovely too.

We really enjoyed the location! Breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about, but it was pleasant to have a solid meal each morning. With 3 kids, it felt good to balance out the cost of eating out with complimentary breakfast, for sure.
