The hotel is very centralized. Walkable distance to most of the tourist attractions like Big Ben, Buckingham Palace etc. size of room is small but it's okay for a solo traveller. There is also a police station right opposite the hotel which makes you feel safer. There are also alot of restaurants and pubs around. Subways are also walkable. Definitely worth a stay.

The room is so big that it's hard to turn around if there are more people. The location is really good. You can walk to everything.

Although it was small, the location and service were very good. It was cheaper than most places, and I thought it was a scam, but it was really cheap. The bathroom was also very clean.

Another great stay at this hotel. We’ve stayed in a good few z hotels over the years but I got say this is on my favourites. Staff are always friendly, professional and happy to help. Rooms always clean as you expect a hotel to be. The location is perfect for sightseeing, theatres, shopping and eat out. Definitely be staying again soon.

Fantastic!! Great location, very clean & modern room. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. All round a fantastic hotel. Can’t believe I haven’t discovered it sooner. Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple as well. Bigger room than I was expecting and more comfortable too.

A perfect, minimalist hotel for a solo traveler! The reason I booked this hotel was because I wanted to be close to the theater I was flying halfway across the world to go to a show to. To my surprise, not only was it a 1.5 min walk from the front doors of the Duke of York Theater, it was also in the perfect location in Covent Garden. Location: A quiet tucked away corner of an otherwise Touristy part of central London. About a 3-4 minute walk from major train lines and right next to some good bus routes. Vibe: The hotel lobby was small, but it had a well stocked daily breakfast (for added fee) and generous seating for people that might need to take calls or just have a quick in between sight-seeing meal or snack. The lobby is also always supervised by very attentive and friendly staff so I felt always taken care of. They also have occasional programming for guests too like a wine and cheese tasting. Room: I booked one of the slightly larger queen rooms with a window and I'm glad I did because there was more than adequate space for a single person for my whole stay. I feel like my opinion might be different if I booked one of the smaller double rooms with no window...but I really enjoyed my room in particular. Automated window shades and air conditioning at the touch of a button. The overhead lighting was a bit harsh, but I just set it to the reading/low light setting whenever I was in there and that was fine. Bathroom was spacious enough for 1 and had all modern finishes. Only Cons: It's a minimalist hotel so there was no phone...if you needed something you'd have to go to the front desk. Also not much storage for clothing other than a hanging peg board with some hangers, but the Hotel acknowledges that it's better suited for a shorter stay. They recommend trying one of their larger locations for longer stays. Bed comfort -- I'm American so I'm used to my super plush, super cushy mattresses...and this was one of the firmest mattresses I've ever slept on. It wasn't miserable but I felt like for a hotel, it could've been a little softer. Overall, I'd definitely return to this Z Hotel or one of their others in the city, I had a very enjoyable time!

Used the hotel over two nights for a weekend in London. Location is just near Covent Garden, check in reception was easy and pleasant. The rooms are not huge, but have everything you’d need, comfortable bed and good shower! Would I use Z Hotels again - you bet!

Great hotel! Fair warning, the room is VERY cozy, which was not a surprise but definitely not for the claustrophobic. It's the perfect spot for crashing for the night after being out and about all day. The staff is super friendly and REALLY well located, right by Trafalgar Square and walkable to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and right by a tube spot. Only caution I would say is that the bathroom has no walls - it's all glass, and frosted glass over the middle section. It doesn't reveal anything outright but the frosted glass certainly is not opaque. If you are self conscious in any way with the person you're sharing the room with, I would recommend stepping out of the room during shower time or looking for another hotel.

Brilliant location close to Trafalgar Square & National Gallery. Modern and clean. Room was very small and bed fits wall to wall but was well laid out. Wifi was good and I was able to work at the small desk. Bathroom was very compact but great. I needed to iron a shirt for a meeting and housekeeping quickly brought an iron and board. There was little floor space left with an ironing board. Could do with a little storage solution but I suspect most guests only stay short periods. If you had a couple of big suitcases you would struggle. Was disappointed that there was no cooked breakfast and the price for a continental persuaded me to visit the nearby McDonalds on the Strand instead.
