I stayed here for a concert at the Empire. It's a great location, only a 3-minute walk away. However, the room is 11m2 and there is only one towel for two people, and the price is so high... It's too expensive.

I booked on the recommendation of a friend, and the experience didn’t disappoint. Beautifully designed and very comfortable rooms. Lovely inviting lounge. Great customer service. Just a stone’s throw from the Tube. And a price that makes staying in central London affordable. I’d definitely go back.

Great location a minutes walk from the tube. Can easily walk to bars/restaurants/shops etc. and more in Earls Court. Rooms (like all hubs) are small but perfectly formed. Everything has its place … ergonomically sound ….. stuff is where you need it to be (sockets/variable lights/heat etc.). Good bathroom/shower/towels. Only niggles …. 1) Decent duvet covers needed … if it is open at the bottom then duvet falls out and is exposed so unhygienic. 2) Needs staff to be available on reception/bar all of the time … you have to wait for them to scuttle out from the back .. this doesn’t give a great welcome/impression and I would suggest impacts on people wanting to have a drink in the bar. In fact the bar area looked like a dumping ground for random stuff … cleaning products etc. Could make more of this area … other hubs I’ve been in are better in this respect. But if you’re only looking for a cosy clean room it’s good.

Good price for a London stay, picked due to price and location as we were attending a show at the Empress Museum which was literally across the road. I’d recommend ‘Koka’ restaurant on North End Road for somewhere close by to eat, 5 mins walk away, Arrived at 9am and left our beds with no issues from the staff until we returned at 4pm. We picked one of the bigger rooms with space either side of the beds, comfy nights sleep, room didn’t have any window which we don’t mind for one night but also meant pitch darkness during sleep. We slept so good! Only downside was cleanliness, good enough but could be better. There was a shelf along the back of the bed that needed dusting, duvet cover was clean but had a coffee stain on the linen, bathroom floor could have been better. Yes the price reflects this but these are only small areas that can make a difference.

Perfect nights sleep, cosy and warm, hardly any road noise, bathroom modern and clean, staff very welcoming and service excellent, bar area welcoming and pleasant to have a drink in, location ideal for us plenty of food options within easy walking distance, room prices very reasonable, I have stayed in far more expensive hotels and slept poorly, The Hub has everything you need for a great nights rest

nice and quiet room (double windows so you couldn't hear noises from the street , thus we had a very good sleep), easy check in and check out, friendly and helpful staff, very close to metro station and shops and restaurants. Very good coffee at the reception.

It seems a bit out of the way but is actually really well connected: 20 mins from Paddington to West Brompton and 10 mins walk from Earl’s Court transport hub. There are lots of characterful pubs within walking distance. The hotel itself is a typical hub but a good example. Room was comfortable and very clean. Staff were friendly and available. It provides good value option for a London stay.

We booked this for night before hospital appointment arrived about 8pm We was in room 12 which is in basement No window to room but lovely warm light on what looks like a window Very clean room Man at reception very helpful let us know tea coffee etc free and we could take cup up to room We had a drink from bar Bed very comfortable I was worried about height of bed but it was ok Bathroom was lovely all glass surround everything you need . Tv with all channels Was great everything is push buttons lights etc was a little Confusing what done what The light above bed in control panel didn’t switch off so was a bit disturbing as I love it very really dark We had breakfast was £8 each and worth every penny We will come again
