I truly appreciate that your hotel provides rooms thoughtfully designed for guests with disabilities. However, I would kindly suggest being mindful when assigning these rooms to guests who may not require such specific accommodations unless specifically requested.
I was assigned Room 131, which was a room with facilities for disable person, which was clean and well-kept, but I found the bathroom facilities disappointing. The shower had a curtain instead of the screen shown in the booking photos, the sink was set too low, and the toilet didn’t have a lid. This was inconvenient for me, as I prefer to close the lid after use—a habit I’ve developed since Covid.
When I shared my concerns with the reception, they informed me that they couldn’t help directly and advised me to email their office. Although I did so, their response offered a room change but only if I could return to the hotel within a very short timeframe. Since I couldn’t manage that, I ended up staying in the same room with no further assistance. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I expected better service from this hotel.
