Convenient location that easily accesses to the public transportation. Hope the check-in process can be more efficient.

This is a lovely, clean, comfortable and smart boutique hotel. The service is excellent and we received a very warm welcome. Our room was beautiful. We also had an evening meal and this was really nice. 
I would highly recommend this hotel, you cannot fault it.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé et proche de beaucoup de lieux et monuments touristiques  que vous pouvez visiter à pied ! Le personnel est discret et au petit soin. La chambre est de taille normale mais très bien décoré, très propre. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Very good stay in this hotel, very well located and close to many tourist places and monuments that you can visit on foot! The staff is discreet and attentive. The room is normal size but very well decorated, very clean. I recommend this hotel.

Well what can we say! We have been following this  new hotel on Instagram and loved the ethos they were promoting. We decided to book  for the weekend as a last minute get away ahead of a big celebration after a very rough year.    We stay regularly at 5* hotels across London and Europe and don't normally write reviews due to being so busy, however the boutique/intimate feel really caught our attention, we like to feel that as guests we matter, rather than feeling like just another number.  We were lucky enough to be the first paying guests visiting the hotel and every single member of the team went out of their way to make us feel so welcome and looked after! (the personal touches did not go unnoticed)   The food was lovely and would easily compete with some great London classic restaurants and the team in the restaurant were so hospitable and you could feel the passion they had for what they do.   There was a few minor teething issues with the tech in the room, but other than that, we loved our stay so much and have another stay booked for next weekend and we are now also going to book for our  Nov & Dec breaks - even though we live 20 mins down the road.   One of those breaks where you feel so at home you don't want to leave.   Huge shout out once again to the team, we are starting the week the most refreshed we have felt this year   We look forward to visiting again next week for our special celebration.  xx  Mr & Mrs Da Costa 

I came across this brand new hotel whilst looking for a boutique style hotel in central London for my family at the weekend and we couldn't have been more pleased with our choice.  All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived - attentive and professional.  We felt so relaxed that we decided to have dinner in the restaurant there rather than finding one nearby and we weren't disappointed - the menu had a lovely choice that suited all of us including my two fussy eating children :-) All of the food was of a very high quality and nicely presented. We were also given a complimentary cocktail as we arrived for dinner which was a nice touch.  The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious , very comfortable beds and stunning marble bathrooms. The location of the hotel is lovely, tucked away in a smart quiet road which is a super quick and easy walk to Buckingham Palace and multiple tube stations. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back myself on my next trip to London

My partner and I stayed for 1 night as part of a small city trip in October and we where blown away by everything during our stay. The service was exceptional, a perfect balance of intimate yet non intrusive service from start to finish and all of the attention to small details about our stay where impressive.     We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and again the food and service where outstanding. The menus for both breakfast and dinner where carefully curated and covered all of our dietary requirements well with plenty to choose from.     We enjoyed the fact we where no more than a 2 minute walk to Buckingham palace and both Victoria and St James station no more than a 5 minute walk.    We regularly stay at 5* hotels across the world but this stay stood out for us as one of the best we have experienced.    Thank you to all of the team for an outstanding stay we are already looking forward to returning.
