A nice hotel!

This is a lovely, clean, comfortable and smart boutique hotel. The service is excellent and we received a very warm welcome. Our room was beautiful. We also had an evening meal and this was really nice. I would highly recommend this hotel, you cannot fault it.

Very good stay in this hotel, very well located and close to many tourist places and monuments that you can visit on foot! The staff is discreet and attentive. The room is normal size but very well decorated, very clean. I recommend this hotel.

The decoration is luxurious, the room is clean, the staff is good, the location is close to the palace, very quiet.

Excellent hotel staff, hospitality incredible, we had a room upgrade upon arrival, served tea and brownies by a very welcoming reception.

Overall management is pretty good. Shout out to the weekday housekeeping manager and weekday's housekeeping staff, they're awesome!

Just a one night stay but would rate the hotel highly. Great location a short walk from st James Park tube station. The room was to a high standard meaning a pleasant stay and good nights sleep. The resteraunt was very good albeit pricy. Only minor gripe would be that the staff were a touch too attentive at times. For example at dinner there was a bit too much interrupting with questions when my partner and I were mid conversation. It’s good that the staff are attentive but sometimes less can be a bit more. Overall would recommend for a london stay though.

This hotel is perfectly situated if you are a tourist. All services at the hotel are great. Fantastic location for breakfasts nearby, as well as dining and Pubs in the evening. I will definitely stay here again.
