Cleanliness - Overall, it is clean. However, there were strands of hair on the sofa, below the cushion, and under the blanket. Bathroom is huge Location - It is walking distance from Aldgate East Metro. Not centrally located, area seems to be a business district. There is no lift or escalator in this metro station, so having 2 heavy luggages, is a challenge. Service - Excellent service and friendly team, though they are unable to hold the luggage overnight as i had to do a separate trip to other cities. They provided me with a fan for ventilation as the room was tucked in a corner, which the aircron vent was in the living room. However, due to the layout of the room, the aircon was not able to 'flow' into the room Amenities - The kettle was abit rusty, a change was done immediately Room was well equipped, washer cum dryer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, wifi and tv (which can sync and cast music and shows from the phone). Summary - Its a well equipped one bed studio, fully equipped. It will be close to perfect if the ventilation was better. The 'old' concrete wall (i believe) was the previous location of the TV, needs works to make good as it is unsightly and/or perhaps it can be knocked down? It will be good if there is working table and chair instead of using the dining table and chair to work on. overall, i enjoyed my stay !

Is very close to the underground. The staff are all so nice. And the room is very nice, however the kitchen is not well equipped.

My second stay with them and the experience was good. I got a free upgrade on the house.

Location was near subway station. Supermarket/Groceries were nearby as well. Very conveniently located. Most tourist areas were a few stops away as well.

Location is perfect, 1 min walk to tube station. Kitchen came with all necessities and laundry washing tablets provided. Room is spacious and comfortable. There is stain on the room sofa and bathroom basin a bit blockage. I stayed 9 nights and they are flexible to provide cleaning service on 6th day upon my request. Overall happy with the stay.

Love the location as it’s literally 2 mins walk from Aldgate East tube station. Amazon Fresh, Sainsbury, Tesco Express are all within close walking distance, and there’s even a huge Chinese supermarket! We stayed for 10 days in September and were upgraded to a one-bedroom suite, which was great. Reception staff are friendly and very helpful. The cons if we were to be a bit critical: - not easy for Uber/Minicab drivers to locate the entrance so most would park on the main road further down, which is generally fine except when you have huge luggage’s. - cleaning is once a weekly but we could request for fresh towels and put trash outside the door to be collected. Would have been better if trash collection and replacement of towels is done daily by default, like some aparthotels. All in all a great stay and I would not hesitate to recommend!

the hotel is in a good place, very close to a tube. Not far from London Bridge and there’s a Chinese supermarket nearby which is pretty good.

Nice room with kitchen, washer, and coffee in lobby. Location is great with multiple supermarkets nearby.

Great location and room very nice, clean and good size with a lovely view. Main problem was both of us getting horrendous food poisoning from the cafe in the lobby. The staff promised to respond but did nothing; we were sick for a week and got nothing back nor any compensation, very unhappy with the service. I saw the cafe leaving food unwrapped overnight not properly chilled and then reheating it (incl. eggs), really not smart, however the staff disputed this.
