Don't choose this one! Don't choose this one! Don't choose this one! Hell experience. I chose this hotel because I was greedy for cheap. The whole family got sick after staying there for one night. In the end, even though I lost money (I lost about HKD$3500 for the three nights I didn’t stay), I couldn’t help but leave and book another hotel! We strongly recommend trip.com not to cooperate with this hotel again! ! ! Complaints 1) There was no hot water on the night of check-in. Even after waiting for 2 hours, there was no hot water. I couldn't take a shower that night. At 9:00 the next morning, the staff claimed that the water supply system was like this and that there was no immediate solution. They could only arrange for a technician to inspect it before 6:30 pm. The staff's attitude and environment were very uncomfortable. We wanted to check out of the hotel after seeing this bad situation. We discussed with the staff about refunding the room rate for the three nights we did not stay. The staff firmly refused to refund. It was obviously a hotel problem, but the hotel refused to bear the refund. Complaint 2) The environment is very bad (as shown in the picture, the threshold of the bathroom is even rotten, and the wood splinters can easily puncture the skin); the bed frame looks like it is rotting after sitting on it, and it makes a harsh sound every time you sit on it.

In general, a nice little place. Five were visiting. We are pleased with the room and amenities. But there was one thing I didn’t understand) there were stick-shampoo packs in the toilet, not in the bathroom) just why? 🤷♂️ 😁

The rooms are big and clean. It's just that the bathing place is too small. The location is very good. It's very close to the subway station. It takes only a few minutes to walk there. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There are microwave ovens and sinks. There are dishes and forks, and there is a kettle for easy soaking. The dirtiest room i have ever stayed in, the lock was broke the floor was dirty, holes in the wall, shower dirty and grubby, room was not ready at 5:30pm manager sad was everything is ok we have a camera !!!

The hotel looks much better on pictures than in reality. But this was accepted since we needed just a place to sleep and toilet/shower. Unfortunately the main problem was heating. I understand that this so called "hotel" is not 3 or 4+ stars BUT there must be some minimum hygiene standards for the temperature inside the room! The heating system works from 5pm untill 10am in the Mid of January !!! So it was VERY cold in our room when we came. We asked additional heater at reception. The answer was "we don't have heater and we can give you extra blankets". This was not a solution for us because we where freezing in the room. After a call to police and conflict with hotel's owner by phone suddenly we got an extra small heater. Next day we left the heater on in order to return back to hotel and feel warm and comfortable. When came back heater was not in our room. SO... again... the conflict with arrogant owner for few hours. We asked to return our money. The answer was "ask your money from ***********". We called to ***********. Unfortunately they didn't helped us as well. And only after few hour of nervousness we got a heater again ( thank's for the big group of tourists who came into hotel at a right time and heard shouts and screams from big boss). So the final result we could get in a very different way without any conflicts but... I guess owner is not interested in clients. Be carefull specialy during the winter time ! You won't hide from cold in that hotel!

I was due to come here on the 23rd match, but unfortunately my auntie passed away on the 21st march. When i asked if i could cancel they simply replied too late, i then asked if i could change the date so i could go after the funeral. Yet again i got a too late reply. I said they was rude and no compassion, I wouldn't mind paying a cancellation fee but with the rudeness I received i was so upset. I don't know what the hotel is like but i would have loved to have stayed but with the customer service i got at my time of grief im glad i had to cancel. I have been called a liar on top of the rudeness, I don't want anyone else to go through what i have been through

The apartment is dilapidated but the manager Honi and all the staff do everything they can to be pleasant and attentive. Quick intervention if there is a problem, advice. Very well located and clean. And all this despite the language barrier. We will be happy to come back with family or friends.

Yes I have to say it in 1 word; terrible experiences. I arrived with my family and we found an old room with damaged mattress fixtures that were impossible to sleep in, dirty. Shower full of mold, I definitely do not recommend this facility. Upon arrival we paid the total and also the deposit, once we saw the room we decided to leave but they didn't want to give us our money back definitely terrible this place I had a 3 year old and a 7 year old who were really looking forward to it to rest but I didn't want to give you your money back for that either. Even the photos they have on the site are completely different from reality.
