the location is just in the middle of everything but the staff of the hotel make the extra miles to deserve the 5th star

Overall 👌🏻 But there are too many rooms. There are steps in the corridor for weak women, and it is not easy to carry luggage.

Fairly cosy room but well equipped in a great location. Slightly annoyed by the surprise (optional) service charge on the bill at the end.

VIP status from ******* not acknowledge, I asked for room upgrade if available they said I had to pay extra.

It's a nice hotel but it should have been stated the garden view room I was in was a disabled access room, so no bath, but a wet room shower. There was also an adjoining door to the room next door and you can hear EVERYTHING through that door. Was woken up at 2am by music playing, usually wouldn't have heard it through a wall so much, but this was unbearably loud because the door was so thin it seemed. I should have been warned about this.

An "okay" hotel. Certainly well located. Perfect location really. The price of the room in relation to what the room was.....not well aligned. You pay for the location not the lodging and they know it, and make the most of it. If you have cash and value the location then this is a spot for you. If some extra steps are not a concern you can exchange those steps for better value elsewhere.

Very nice hotel, excellent location, super polite and friendly staff..Our room was rather small, but with all amenities& the king bed was very comfortable

Having lived outside of the UK for ten years, it is always good to spend some time in London, and the Mayfair Townhouse was the perfect home base for a week leading up to Christmas. The property is great - good aesthetic, friendly staff, good service, etc., and the location is excellent. You can walk everywhere (if you like walking) in central London. Everything felt very festive! Don’t miss nearby Shepherd Market - an enchanting enclave of restaurants and pubs to visit in the evening. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Location is great. Rooms were clean and spacious. Friendly and service-minded staff. Breakfast was fantastic. We've been to London many times before, but this was definitely the best stay so far. Will stay at this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended for a weekend break!
