The hotel helped to upgrade the double bed room, which was very comfortable to sleep in and the room was very clean. The location is very good, two minutes from Lambeth North subway station, and only 15 minutes to walk to Big Ben and London Eye, and the surrounding is safe. However, the socket in the room we stayed in was not working well, and it seemed to be a barrier-free room so the bathroom was not separated into dry and wet areas. Two bottles of mineral water per day, if you don't need the room to be cleaned, you can get a 10-pound coupon to use in the cafe downstairs or order room service. The air conditioning in the room is OK, but it is still a bit cold.

This is the initial room type. But the noise from the neighbor was so loud that I changed the room. If I was given the most basic room type (downgraded), I should at least be compensated with breakfast. The new room was even noisier (the sound of the water pipe heating the hot water made me sleep poorly all night). I was given an earplug. I really didn't sleep well all night. But overall the environment is not bad. It's close to the city center.
