Nice hotel. Near to Aldgate station, Towerhill, Fenchurch. Close to tower bridge. Very nice area to walk with nearby attractions.

The room was nice, but the coffee machine was dirty and the showerhead was leaking. I messaged the front desk and they fixed it quickly. The next morning, there was a smell in the hallway, possibly from renovation work. The dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were pretty good, though the breakfast selection was a bit limited.
What I'm really unhappy about is the management and service. There was a miscommunication between them and Trip.com, which led to us being charged twice. Now I have to keep calling them to sort it out. The front desk staff during check-in and the phone customer service were also incredibly rude and impatient. I wonder if it's because I'm Chinese? I also couldn't get through to the front desk by phone. Are you guys serious?
I was hoping to relax, but instead, I encountered so many problems...

The location is fantastic! The hotel is right outside Algate station, making it super convenient for getting around by tube. The hotel itself is quite new, and the cleanliness and service are top-notch. They even helped me track down my power bank after I left it behind, which I really appreciated. For the price, the value for money is excellent.

The air conditioning worked great, and the environment was really nice and clean. The room had coffee, tea, and even some small biscuits. It's also very close to the subway station, and the lobby has plenty of seating to relax. We arrived early and the staff kindly helped us check in.
