On the first night in London, I was lucky to stay in this hotel, because it was very late at 11 o'clock when I arrived. The front desk service was very good, and I arranged a good room for us. After checking in, I found that everything exceeded expectations, clean and quiet, and spacious It is enough, especially when I went out for a walk the next day and found out that the location is perfect. It is convenient to go everywhere. If possible, I really want to stay for a few days! The luggage storage service at check-out is very considerate, great experience, recommended!

The old location is very good, close to Chinatown, etc., eating, shopping and transportation are very convenient. There is a problem with the service staff responsible for storing the luggage. We gave the luggage card first, and the taxi was already waiting, but they kept taking the luggage for other British people who arrived later, and finally gave it to us. The attitude is not good.

There is no free water, and the trip of boiling water cannot be repaired, and the room will not be changed There is no exhaust fan in the toilet, no sanitary products, only paper towels and towels,

Best possible location for theater-goers. Excellent location all around. Staff very friendly and helpful. Didn’t care for the constant music, especially bec of the repetitive bass on all music that was played. Room was quite small, but adequate. Very modern decor. I would stay here again.

This is the second time we stayed with this property. The first time around the room was very spacious with 2 double beds, small sitting area, higher floors etc. This time the experience was very different. The room was small, dingy, right above an alleyway so was very noisy and the windows were against a brick wall and facing the windows of other building. So we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. Making the room very dark and claustrophobic. There was barely any room to keep our luggage. I m not even sure how they sell this room to a family of four. Lastly our flight reach London in the morning and we had requested an early check in while we booked the room and by a separate email. B ut the hotel staff neither replied to our request non accommodated our request. They made us wait after the check in time to provide us the keys. We will look for other options next time we are in London.

Everything was amazing from the staff, the service, the breakfast, the housekeeping, the ambience, the location, EVERYTHING!

First time in London from Los Angeles. This place was just wonderful in every way. Amazing staff, convenient beautiful Covent Garden location that’s close to everything such as the underground stations, Thames river, historic sights, the list goes on. Breakfast included. We’d stay here again if we come back to London.

Excellent location and the staff are bloody wonderful. I had an issue where the room was too dark - Jenny from the reception team patiently showed me alternatives with a touch of humour as well. 10/10 - well done St Martin’s Lane!

Excellent location. Walking distance to many of the touristy spots. Great food all around the hotel. Staff were great and room was clean and modern. Highly recommend it
