Hotel was fantastic, Room and Bathroom modern and clean. Breakfast excellent.

Nice staff, spacious room, above standard breakfast, good location. Will come back again.

location is in between St. Pancras Train Station and the Russel Square Tub Station, easy to go on for train trip and also day trip along Piccadilly Tub underground line to all the great spots in London West side. Room is small but Clean and Nice.

The facilities are complete, but in the single room there is no socket next to the bed and you can't charge by the bed. The view is good and the transportation is convenient. Breakfast is okay, authentic British style.

Bémol sur la douche soit le joint de la porte de la douche laisse passer toute l'eau soit c'est un bac avec un rideau : éviter les longues douches et l'eau n'est pas très chaude de surcroît. Personnel très gentil.

Flat on the shower either the seal of the shower door lets all the water through or it is a tray with a curtain: avoid long showers and the water is not very hot in addition. Very nice staff.

Great stay and very good location, few minutes from King’s Cross St. Pancras Station. Loved the modern interior of the hotel, and friendly receptionists. Breakfast was enjoyable and fresh, Really good if you’re looking for a short stay in London.

I lived in a triple room a week ago but only two beds. I have to carry three boxes of 28 suitcases to the stairs. It is hard and difficult! ! I stayed in Paris for two nights and asked to live in the underground room after I came back! Only know the three-person room, it turned out to have three beds! Did the room in the last week be arranged incorrectly? ? ? But the toilet is too much! After showering, the floor is completely wet, and the shower curtain is completely useless! Just because the length of the shower curtain is not above the ground! Just half of it, all the slippers and the floor towel are soaked! There is no hanging towel and clothes hanging in the toilet! You can only wear a towel and go out to dress! Unmanned design! ! !

It may be a problem with the location of the room, and it was awakened by the smell of breakfast downstairs early in the morning. Soundproof in general, but basically the sound insulation of the hotel is not good. The location is very close to the train station, which is good.
