I booked this on price as I needed to be in the area. Cost was £178. A nice hotel is £215. Honestly had I known what a dump this place was I would have gone to the hotel. Water pressure almost non existent and a broken shower, huge crack in the window in the room. The room smelt of something and it wasn't good. No air con so I had to open the windows and was woken up by the early morning flights over London. Corridors were endless and only one lift working which took ages to arrive each time. I walked past one room that was boarded up . The place is tired, out of date and not a nice place to stay.

Great location and a very clean apartment. Absolutely no issues apart from the noise from the road which others have mentioned. Not an issue for us since we had earplugs and everything else makes up for that (e.g. warm radiators, being able to see aeroplanes at times from the window). Would definitely return.

Great location, easy check in process. Rooms were comfortable and close to the tube. Very helpful reception.

The hotel seems to be converted from an old apartment block. A huge block though and be prepared to walk a distance to your room in a somewhat pentagon shape. As long as you treat it as a budget hotel, you will not be disappointed. The counter staffs though were able to disappoint you with their unhelpful attitude

The reception staff is very friendly and provided professional and thoughtful service. Also the location is good to walk around

I can’t stand how the reservation office is treating their guests and I would never stay there again My advice is to check the room before you pay because it’s different than what you get online

Great location in Chelsea. There is a Sainsbury local around 2 mins walk. Walking distance to Harrods and South Kensington. House cleaning every two days and the heating system is pretty good in winter.

The location of this hotel is good. But no double glazing windows, so the noise from the street was very loud. Otherwise it was a clean and nice stay.

The location was not very close to those attractions (travel around half hour) but overall it’s ok, there is a Sainsbury local (supermarket) and some restaurants next to the hotel. The facilities there are perfect with a mini Kitchenette and washing machine inside the room, would stay again and it is recommended.

The hotel is in a good area. Just 10 minutes from the station. We stayed in a 2-bedroom room, which was great for families. There is luggage storage as well, and there is a lift.
