Hotel was good and in a very good location , we booked a double room but it was ridiculously small , there was a double bed but to get in and out of it u had to climb over each other , the bathroom was also tiny with a very cramped shower. It is the smallest bedroom I’ve ever had as a double , it would be a small single . Beware when booking a double that the room will be minute - I checked with the management to be told all doubles were the same size. I wouldn’t stay there again

The breakfast was really not worth it. You can hear your neighbours. But other than that it was okay.

Very good hotel for a city trip, the service is perfect, from breakfast service to reception, the staff is very friendly, smiling and at our disposal with pleasure! The room is well equipped, the hotel is 2 minutes walk from the “Earl’s Court” metro station which serves many other stops. Small negative point, room at -1, next to the breakfast room so very noisy in the morning due to the passage of guests, also the wifi connection as well as the telephone network was really bad.

The room is very small. It is a bit difficult to open the two large suitcases flat. The heating is sufficient. It is only a five-minute walk to the subway station. The price/performance ratio is very good.

The location is very good, there are all the fast food chains you can imagine nearby, and there are also supermarkets and many restaurants. I stayed in a single room, the room is actually very small, but if you are traveling for a short time, it is highly recommended. The fly in the ointment is that the toilet seat in the toilet is old and needs to be replaced, and the cleanliness can be improved to make it even more perfect

Earl’s Court is very convenient, the hotel is good, the environment is very quiet, and it is close to the station. There are not many choices for breakfast in the hotel but they are all good. Staying in Earl's Court even if you don't take the underground walk you can go to a lot of places and the restaurants nearby are good.

Always a nice place to stay. Small rooms but perfectly functional and clean for a short stay, and the location is excellent, well served by Tube and close to shops etc. Friendly, welcoming staff.

Excellent location close to Earl's Court station which is connected to the Piccadilly line and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the area for food and necessities. Our double room was quite small, but clean. Also helped that they offered free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again, but maybe book a larger room.

Friendly staff, well located small room but is ok for a person that won’t spend time in the room. Restaurants around it . Metro station is on the corner.

Clean, basic room. Just what we needed for a quick overnight stop in London after watching England at Wembley

Very convenient for a solo traveler who didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Very clean and comfortable. Convenient to the tube station, food options, and laundromat.

A lot of the reviews feature how small are the rooms and breakfast room. Whilst the first is undoubtedly the case, at least if you have a twin room rather than a double there is some room. What they dont mention is that everything appears very new, especially the lift, bathroom etc, everything is tidy and clean, the reception is very efficient and friendly and the hotel is in a surprisingly very quiet road given it is 200yds off the Earls Court Road which is busy till the early hours. In our lower ground level room there was some rumble from the tube but not late into the night. It has been claimed that breakfast at 8am is overcrowded - this was not the case, it was efficiently run and cleaned and had enough basic items of a good quality. All in all for the money a surprising find. On balance wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay but if like us you are only overnighting it is good value for money
