Good location which right next to the Liverpool station to reach out Heathrow and other cities via train or tube. Worth the take the breakfast and in room dining if you plan to book for the room. We have 3 big suitcases but the room is big enough to cater which rarely found in London’s hotels.

Great location and services, had a late flight and the staff offered us to use shower facilities with great amenities.

Great staff working hard to find solutions to solve unexpected issues. Prepared a little cake on request for my daughter’s birthday. Comfortable, good taste.

A beautifully designed hotel, sympathetically marrying modern graphics and minimalism with the historical features of the building. The service was good and our requests were addressed, although we had to wait a little while. A nicely equipped gym; surprisingly busy though at 6.30am. Overall a very pleasant stay. We were also welcomed with a complimentary coffee, which a was a nice touch. Thank you!

The room is very large for London, and the service is also very good. There is a supermarket and restaurant downstairs. It is very close to the train station and subway station, and also very close to various attractions.

Fortunately, I booked this Andaz for this trip to London, which swept away the gloom of the previous hotel. The location is excellent, Liverpool Station/subway is close at hand, and you can enter the station right outside, which is very convenient! There are many restaurants around! The hotel staff were very enthusiastic from the moment we entered the hotel. There was a problem with the card swiping, and they patiently helped us solve it. The hotel has happy hour every afternoon, and the music, drinks and food are all great! The room is large, the bed is very comfortable, and I fall asleep until dawn every day! The breakfast is also rich and the service is enthusiastic. I will still choose Andaz when I come to London next time!

The first Andaz hotel is very distinctive as the origin of this brand. It was formerly the Great Eastern Hotel. It happened to be the time for the hotel's lobby to hold a memorial exhibition for Ryu Sakamoto (who had performed an impromptu performance at the Great Eastern Hotel in 2001).

The shower water in the room is unstable, sometimes hot and sometimes cold. The sewer is also clogged. If you take a long shower, the water will overflow. The bathroom is full. The windows in the room cannot be opened. There is no ventilation. The sound insulation is very poor. Every morning I was woken up by the sound of people taking a shower, brushing teeth and flushing the toilet upstairs. Don't sleep here if you are jet lagged. The food here is very salty.
