The service and breakfast are very good, especially the location. You can walk to Oxford Street. There is no need to take a taxi to change transportation. The surrounding is also very safe. Will choose again next time

The room was so small we could barely walk around the bed. Nowhere to open our suitcases. The shower in the ensuite was teeny.However it was clean and comfortable, so if it's what you can afford, go for it. Just don't expect a lot of space.

Hotel in perfect location for Hyde Park and Marble Arch. The service was excellent from all staff. The room had everything you need for an overnight stay and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was attended by very helpful and friendly staff and had some personal touches such as a coffee pot for the table and hot toast served to the individual tables. It would have been nice to have vegetarian bacon and sausages on offer. Overall a great stay, thankyou!

From the moment that James welcomed us to the hotel, and to our departure with Gail and Ronnie, we had an amazing night at the top of Hyde Park. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, traditional, English breakfast, made more special by the two wonderful women serving and cooking a delicious food. We have found our new home in London.

We came here mid week, for two nights. The location is perfect literally 2 minutes away from Marble Arch station. The staff were amazing & friendly so welcoming. Our room was 12A it was clean and tidy, shower was very hot and powerful but very noisy. The bed was very uncomfortable me and my husband didn’t sleep the two nights we stayed. The breakfast was very nice tasty and filling. You can get full English, yoghurt , fruit. Fresh toast is brought to the table. Yes it was dated but still clean and tidy, it could do with a makeover, this place has so much potential.

what a fabulous find, right in the heart of London. We were Checked in by Ronnie what a lovely gentleman he is. Gail (the owner) was charming and was very knowledgeable about what to see and do to make the most of our visit going out of her way to ensure our stay perfect. We can't thank her enough. Breakfast was a feast so much on offer and with a picky wife, it was a blessing. The breakfast staff were very accommodating. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed. This hotel should be the benchmark in hospitality that others should aspire to. Thank you Gail and staff for a wonderful stay and we will return for a Christmas break. Best wishes the Bartholomews.

Bog standard London B&B at an affordable rate. It really isn't much to write home about but does the job to an acceptable level. The staff went out of their way to make us welcome and accommodate our needs regarding the room. It was absolutely fine without being remotely spectacular.
