Great stay so far. Very friendly check in and also breakfast manager Kanchan. Located close by to the Aldgate east station and near many middle eastern/ Indian eateries. Lots of yummy Indian desserts found as below.

This is the third time I’ve stayed here within the last 6 months. It’s my go-to hotel for London trips. I’m always so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, particularly Sherin on the front desk, and the breakfasts are exceptional. Olena helped us this time to source the gluten free and vegan food, she is a credit to the team. Thank you again to the hotel and I look forward to returning very soon!

The location of this hotel is very convenient to as its very close to the tube station. The breakfast was mediocre I would have expected more from an expensive hotel. The rooms are a bit too small for the price. I would have expected the rooms to be much bigger like they look in the hotel photos. The staff wasn't that helpful or polite. I would have expected more quality service from Hampton by Hilton hotels from its staff to serve people with smiles and more helpful. Hampton by Hilton hotels in China are 10 times better with better breakfast and the service is that of a 5+ star hotels. Where as this one certainly feels like a 3 star hotel.

We arrived in London extremely early at 8-9am, and the staff was nice to provide us early check-in. We were extremely exhausted from a 14 hours redeye flight, so this gesture means everything to us. We love the Bricklane markets near the hotel.

Rooms great clean and modern as breakfast is free for everyone it was very very busy even just after starting

Very nice Hotel in a good location with good tube access for popular sightseeing attractions. . The hotel was very clean and tidy and the rooms were very nice and spacious too. Breakfast was very good with a good variety to choose from. Would definitely stay here again
