I was pleasantly surprised. Very close to bus and metro stops. With elevator, room with carpet but large and spacious. Very good breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that the TV had Netflix but there was no way to connect.

The room is clean and hygienic. Although it is small, it can be seen that it has been recently renovated. The room has air conditioning and a mini refrigerator. There are two USB plugs at the bedside and free coffee. Especially the bed is a high-end independent tube. The spring bed alone is better than most three-star hotels in London. It’s really uncomfortable during the daytime in a London room without air conditioning in the summer.

Cleaned every day, breakfast provided, good service, excellent location, very close to Paddington Station, convenient to go anywhere, West 2nd District has good security! Plenty of facilities nearby!

I have stayed at several hotels of similar price level near Paddington train station, and this one looks relatively new. Breakfast is also relatively rich. However, the single room I stayed in this time was on the first floor, next to the front desk, which was quite noisy. I told the waiter to change rooms, but they said there was no need to change. It feels average.

One of the worst hotel experiences ever.
It was the mid of July, but the AC was not working, not to mention that it consumed most of the space in the room (which was tiny, but that is understandable for the price).
But the worst surprise we got upon our arrival, was that the toilet was clogged and full of human faeces.
Breakfasts were OK, but not great.
Would not recommend.
