One of the worst hotel experiences ever.
It was the mid of July, but the AC was not working, not to mention that it consumed most of the space in the room (which was tiny, but that is understandable for the price).
But the worst surprise we got upon our arrival, was that the toilet was clogged and full of human faeces.
Breakfasts were OK, but not great.
Would not recommend.

Honestly, it was better than I thought. There were bad reviews, so I checked in early and complained if the room was bad or if they gave me a basement room, but the room was fine. I used a room for 4 people, and the bed was good, and the bathroom was okay. They gave me a lot of amenities and towels. Oh, the room was a little small. Most Japanese hotels are small, but is that so..? Still, for this price, the bedding and room condition seem really good. And if the water only comes out hot, turn it to cold and wait a long time. About 3-5 minutes?? Then cold water comes out. It's better if cold water doesn't come out than not hot water... So this doesn't seem to be a big problem.

Cleaned every day, breakfast provided, good service, excellent location, very close to Paddington Station, convenient to go anywhere, West 2nd District has good security! Plenty of facilities nearby!

I was pleasantly surprised. Very close to bus and metro stops. With elevator, room with carpet but large and spacious. Very good breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that the TV had Netflix but there was no way to connect.
