It is the worst experience of my lifetime. I stayed at the hotel from Sept. 12 to Sept.14, 2024. I checked in at about 8:00pm on Sept. 12, 2024. After I checked in, I found my big suitcase was stolen. I reported this matter to the reception and he said he couldn't do anything. He asked me to wait for the manager to handle this. However, the manager is not available until 8:00am on Sept. 13, 2024 that is 12 hours later. When your manager came and told me that he had to ask the boss to review the CCTV. Couple hours later, your staff said they had watched the CCTV but found nothing. When I requested to see the CCTV together, your staff refused it. It is clear that it is violate the Subject Access Request of the Data Protection Act 2018. The staffs also delayed the investigation. My adivce is don't go there.

It was a satisfactory hotel. The bathroom and room were clean, and the air conditioning was nice. The refrigerator wasn't very cold, which was a shame, but they also provided a free luggage storage service, so overall, I was satisfied with the hotel.

Pros:
- Brand New Reno. Huge Room!
- Big Plush Bath Towels

- No Parking as advertised
- 3-4 steps towards room on 2nd Floor. Not convenient for Solo Traveler
