The room is not small, it is quite clean, and it is convenient to travel. It is a few steps to Paddington Railway Station. There are many restaurants and chain supermarkets such as Teaco around it. It is very convenient

Poor soundproofing, too noisy

The room was quite small, which I find to be typical of 3 star hotels. My complaint is that mattresses seem old with poor support. Staff very helpful and found another room with somewhat better mattress. Otherwise stay was fine. Very good location for Heathrow flight as it is only a couple blocks from Elizabeth line tube station.

Nice hotel, clean and efficient. Incredible breakfast. However, they need a little maintenance in regard to electrical plugs which failed to work most of the time. We also had an encounter at the front desk with a woman desk clerk, who is very rude and impatient with us. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay and the breakfast is incredibly good. Extremely convenient to Paddington station.

It was a flying visit for business but the staff were great and the cute room on the 5th floor was perfect for my needs.

I stay here when in London for short business trips. Very convenient location near Paddington and the tube. Rooms are small but clean. The bathroom is a bit of a squeeze. Fine for a short trip. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Location was excellent, it was an easy walk from Paddington Station. and there are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood although they are mostly pub style. The room was adequately sized but the bathroom in our room was tiny by any standard. All things considered I would stay again.

Absolutely amazing, the staff were very polite and professional and made me and my partner very comfortable, the room was amazing for what I paid for it, the bed was very comfortable over all 4/5 stars.

Convenient for Paddington station, just a short walk away on a slightly quieter street. Staff helpful and friendly. Small room but adequate and of a good standard.
