The hotel's location is excellent, right near Paddington tube station. Having air conditioning in all rooms is a real plus, especially in summer. The reception staff can be a bit hit or miss; the person who checked me in wasn't very friendly, but the one at check-out was super nice. I have to commend the hotel's breakfast; everyone in the restaurant was incredibly warm and humorous. On the downside, the housekeeping service was a bit perfunctory. They just folded the duvet, didn't replace used towels (they even hung one over the door near the ceiling, which was a bit startling!).

Though the other recpetionists are not accommodating, the others are fine. I like the location being close to Hyde Park though I need to take a bus to the shopping centers. Good value for money. I didn't ask them but there is no dental kit in the room

The hotel was next to Hyde park. Lovely room. Staff helpful and impressed by cost of room.
Great full English breakfast or continental if you wished.

I stayed for three nights, and the towels were changed on two of those nights. However, on the third night, I found the used towels from the previous night on the floor, and they were still there.
